HeartCode BLS Skills Check class

HeartCode BLS (Basic Life Support) is for healthcare professionals seeking an alternative method for completing an initial or renewal BLS course. 

After completing the online portion of HeartCode BLS, students attend a structured BLS Hands-On Session with an AHA Instructor.  This session focuses on meaningful skills practice, debriefing, team scenarios, discussions of local protocols, and skills testing.

Participants will need to bring a copy of their online certificate to class.

Class end-time is approximate dependent on class size.

Pre-registration for the skills class is required by calling Community Health and Wellness at 570-768-3200 or register online.

To access the online portion:

• Go to www.shopcpr.heart.org
• On the top menu bar, select "Courses"
• Next, under Audience, select "Student"
• Locate the product code below

• Print certificate and bring a copy with you to the skills session.
