Lystra E. Rogers' Society
Individuals who make a one-time donation or multi-year plege of $50,000 or greater

Founders' Society
Individuals who make a one-time gift or multi-year pledge of $25,000 to $49,999

The 1926 Club
Individuals who make a one-time gift or multi-year plede of $10,000 to $24,999

President’s Club
$1,000 to $9,999

Friends of Evangelical
Up to $999

Physician Leadership Circle
Physicians who have made an annual gift of $1,000 or greater

HERO Club
All hospital employees and volunteers who have given in the past year

Business Leadership Circle
Businesses, corporations and corporate foundations that made a gift or pledge commitment of $5,000 or greater in the past five years

Business Associates
Businesses and corporations that made a gift of $1,000 to $4,999 in the past year

Business Friends  
Businesses and corporations that made a gift of  up to $999 in the past year

Societies are based on an individual’s giving to the Evangelical Community Hospital Foundation within a year.
