Optional Screening Tests Available for an Additional Fee*:

• Pap - $60 
• Human Papillomavirus - HPV (checks for high-risk HPV that can lead to cervical cancer) - $108 
• Pap with HPV  - $155 
• iFob kit (detects the presence of blood in stool) - $35 
• Comprehensive Blood Work Package (lipid panel, complete metabolic panel, complete blood count) - $55 
• Hemoglobin A1c - $20 
• TSH (Thyroid) - $18 
• Vitamin D-25 - $35

*Individual test fees are substantially lower in cost to full test charges—in some cases a savings of several hundred dollars.
