OB/GYN of Evangelical Welcomes New Laborist, Kristina Brown, DO

LEWISBURG— Evangelical Community Hospital is pleased to welcome Kristina Brown, DO, Laborist, to OB/GYN of Evangelical.

A Laborist is an Obstetrician-Gynecologist who works in a hospital or for a physician group exclusively to treat women in labor or to respond to obstetric and gynecologic emergencies.

Dr. Brown completed her Doctor of Osteopathy degree at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Geisinger Medical Center and has been a practicing physician in the field of obstetrics and gynecology since 2015. She is a member of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOOG) and the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG).

Dr. Brown is a Milton High School graduate and completed her undergraduate degree at Susquehanna University.

Most recently, Dr. Brown served as an Obstetrician/Gynecologist at Penn Highland’s Life’s Journey Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dubois, Pa.
