WellSpan Health Board Adds Two Directors from the Lewisburg Community

Two new members have joined the WellSpan Health Board of Directors following the recent affiliation with Evangelical Community Hospital. Roger Haddon, president, CEO and owner of Sunbury Broadcasting Corporation and Timm Moyer, co-founder of MoJo Active, Inc. have joined the board effective July 3.

“As the region’s only locally governed health system, we are excited to welcome Roger and Timm to the WellSpan Board,” said Hilda Shirk, PhD, MSW, chair of the WellSpan Health Board of Directors. “Roger and Timm both bring extensive governance expertise and competencies that will help us as we continue to improve the health of our friends and neighbors in Central Pennsylvania through the delivery of high quality, convenient and affordable care.”

The WellSpan Health Board of Directors is a governing board in which members are elected to 3-year terms, with officer terms lasting one year. The recent additions include:

Roger S. Haddon, President & CEO/Owner, Sunbury Broadcasting Corporation

Haddon oversees Sunbury Broadcasting Corporation, a community-focused digital media/digital marketing company located in central Pennsylvania that includes four radio stations and corresponding local news and entertainment platforms. Prior to that, Haddon served as an announcer, music director and program director at numerous radio stations throughout Delaware and Pennsylvania. He is the past chair of the Evangelical Community Hospital Board of Directors. He currently serves on the President’s Leadership Council at Elizabethtown College and is a board member of the Sunbury-Northumberland Community Trust.

Timm Moyer, Co-Founder, MoJo Active, Inc.

Moyer is the co-founder of MoJo Active, Inc., which is a nationally recognized ecommerce, marketing strategy, and advertising company. Previously, Moyer served as the most recent chair of the Evangelical Community Hospital Board of Directors and on the Susquehanna Greenway Partnership Board of Directors. Currently, he serves on the Miller Center for Recreation and Wellness Board of Directors and on the Greater Susquehanna Valley Chamber of Commerce Communications and Technology Committee.
