From the moment of a cancer diagnosis, you are considered a survivor. WellSpan Evangelical Community Hospital’s survivorship program provides a range of support to help survivors manage their unique needs and challenges during and after cancer treatment.

- Patients must be traveling to a cancer-related medical appointment.
- Patient must be able to get in and out of the vehicle unassisted or caregiver assisted.
- Interpreter services available.
