WellSpan Evangelical offers a wide range of free educational programming for children. We want to help them begin learning the importance of good health and wellness – for their minds and their bodies – at an early age.

Living A Healthy Lifestyle
A healthy life isn’t just diet and exercise. Leading a healthy lifestyle means not smoking or vaping, being a healthy weight, eating a balanced healthy diet, thinking positively, feeling relaxed, exercising regularly, and having healthy relationships.
Hands Only CPR and Lifesaving Skills
Students will learn lifesaving skills, such as using HANDS ONLY CPR, calling 911, and what to do if you or someone around you is choking. This program is for grades 3 and older.
Cyber Safety
Students from K -8th grade learn the importance of protecting their personal information, how to be a responsible digital citizen, and what to do if they are bullied. All students need to “Think before you click!”
E-Cigarettes — Juuling/Vaping/Tobacco Free Kids E-Cigarettes
The number of teens that are using Juuls and vapes have soared over the last year. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reports that over two million middle and high school students in the United States have used e-cigarettes. Youth are vulnerable to peer pressure and other social influences including messaging and images that make e-cigarettes appealing. Not only is Nicotine a prime ingredient in these devices, but most of the chemicals used for e-liquid flavoring also put your health at risk. Learn more through this program.
Summer Safety
Summer is a great time for playing outside, swimming, going to playgrounds, and other fun activities, but it also carries with it some safety hazards. This educational program is geared to helping children understand summer safety, so they can focus on fun. This program is for grades 3 and younger.
Stress Less
Young people, like adults, experience stress. It can come from a variety of sources including doing well in school, making and keeping friendships, or managing expectations from their parents, teachers, or coaches. Our educators help students identify different types of stress, understand the impact of stress on their lives, and learn coping skills that will help them now and in the future.
Personal Hygiene
Youth will learn and understand why personal hygiene an important part of good health is. Feeling and looking good are important to everyone’s emotional and physical well-being. This fun interactive program reviews simple ways to stay clean and healthy.
